Oh yes, a daily routine will put you miles ahead of the pack.

You can’t always control what happens to you during the day, but you can control how the day starts and ends. A routine doesn’t need to be 2 hours long – it depends on your available time. Fifteen to thirty minutes might be just the start you need.

Here are a few options that you can implement in your routine.

  • Reading
  • Praying
  • Stretching/ exercising
  • Planning your day
  • Journaling

Build your own daily routine and stick to it.

3 things to think about:

  • A daily routine will give you direction.
  • Either you run the day, or the day runs you.
  • Having a routine will put you in the 1% bracket of the most successful people in the world.

Have a great week.

The day you grow up is when…

The day you grow up is the day you accept that your life is your responsibility – the good, the bad, your habits, and your future – that’s the day you grow up. It is not about age – it’s about ownership.

3 things to think about:

  • Don’t play the blame game – that is the easiest thing to do – blame people, your upbringing, circumstances etc.
  • Don’t let excuses steal your future – ask yourself: “What can I do differently?”
  • Responsibility equals freedom – it’s the foundation of a life you design on your own terms. It moves you from being a passenger to being the driver.

Have an awesome week!

The only place where success comes before work…

Everyone wants success in business, health, relationships and wealth, but the only place you’ll ever see success come before work is in the dictionary! YOU must put in the time and hard work in order to achieve success.

3 things to think about

  • Success requires consistent effort – small daily actions compound over time.
  • Work builds character and skill – setbacks and struggles you face while working hard, give you the knowledge you’ll need to handle success in the future.
  • Dreaming is important, but execution is everything. Success responds to effort, persistence and action.

Go and make a difference!

The CANEI formula

In his book, “No Excuses” Brian Tracey writes about the CANEI (Constant And Never Ending Improvement) formula. This formula is a powerful principle for personal growth.

When you commit to the CANEI formula, you shift your mindset from perfection to progress. This approach will build momentum in any area of your life – health, business, relationships and finances.

3 things to think about:

  • Small improvements compound over time – you don’t need to change everything at once
  • Consistency beats intensity – CANEI rewards those who show up every day
  • Growth becomes a habit, not a goal – growth becomes part of who you are, not something you start and stop.

The CANEI formula reminds us that success is not an event – it’s a never ending process. Keep learning, working on self-improvement and never stop growing.

Have an awesome week!

No need to worry

Ninety percent of the things you worry about will never even happen. Yes, that is really hilarious if you start thinking about it. Worries just rob you of your time. Worries drain your energy – that’s why you are always tired. Instead, you can use the same energy to think about something positive and empowering.

3 things to think about this week

  • Gratitude – just be thankful for what you have.
  • Focus on “what can go right” instead of “what can go wrong”.
  • Move from worrier to warrior – go into every day with purpose.

May you have a blessed week!
